What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

What are the shipping options?

Within Australia. Express shipping $12

NZ, UK + USA is $20

What are the international taxes + duties do I have to pay?

When will I receive my order?

Allow 1 - 2 weeks until you receive your jewellery. Most of my pieces are made to order.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Measure you finger by heading into a jeweller, they will do it for free in a few minutes.

OR

If you have an existing ring, measure the inside diameter in millimetres and use a conversion chart. Just lay the ring flat on a measuring tape or ruler and use this chart.

We accept, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal and a Lay Buy option.
